Returning Your Kit

Once you’ve collected your sample, it’s time to return your Cologuard® kit. You should already have step-by-step instructions for repacking, labeling, and shipping back your kit, but they are also here for your convenience.

What if I don’t have a permanent address?

No problem. We need an address where you can receive the kit, but it doesn’t need to be your permanent address.

If I schedule a UPS pickup, do I need to be home?

No. You don’t need to be at home at the pickup time, but leave your Cologuard box in a visible location, such as near your front door.

What if I live in Puerto Rico or a US territory?
