To ship back your sample, follow the simple instructions for repacking and using your prepaid label. Once our lab receives your sample, your test results will typically be available within 2 weeks.
We’re here to help. Just call Customer Care, any day from 6 AM to 10 PM CT at +1 844-870-8870. If needed, we can ship you a new Cologuard kit at no additional cost.
Your Cologuard kit expires one year from the date of the order. Because timely screening is important to your health, we suggest collecting your sample as soon as you receive it.
Also, check the Cologuard box for the expiration date. If that date has passed, or you have other questions, call Customer Care at 1-844-870-8870. We can help you get a new kit at no additional cost.

Understanding your Cologuard test results
Test results are typically sent to your health care provider within 8 to 10 days. You can also view them in your account once they’re available. Take a deeper dive into what a positive or negative result means and what steps to take.
